What a fish for a 14 year old boy. This is the new Jr World Record Striper at 51.65 caught by Jason Wedel of Meade KS. The fish was caught and certified in the Spring of 1997 while fishing with Buddy'd Guide Service at Elephant Butte Lake in Southern NM.

Here is my daughter Jody with her 31 pound striper caught when she was 12 years old.
